Initial Costs for Move-In Include:
- Non-refundable application fee of $57 per adult.
- Lease up fee of $300.00 on approved applicants moving in
- A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent
- The pet deposit is equal to half of the security deposit ( If applicable)
